Experienced law firm looking to add an experienced Auto Insurance Paralegal to their team.
 
Job Description:

<li>Location: Farmington Hills, MI</li>
<li>Job Title: Paralegal</li>
<li>Practice Area Focus: Auto Insurance Defense (specifically called “No Fault” in Michigan)</li>
<li>Requirements:</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience as a Paralegal in Insurance Defense/No Fault</li>
<li>Experience with MS Office and PDF</li>
<li>Experience drafting discovery requests and responses, drafting witness and exhibit lists, drafting motions and responses to motions, redacting privileged information from claim files, ordering, tracking and reviewing medical records, client communication and effective management of case schedules</li>
<li>Associates or Bachelors Degree</li>
<li>Compensation: $25 – $32 / hour</li>
<li>Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in office to start, gain some remote flexibility after 6-12 months</li>
