We’re growing and looking for part-time, licensed real estate salespersons who are passionate about real estate, enjoy working closely with clients, and thrive in a deal-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned homebuyers, delivering a high-quality, responsive client experience
- Attend property tours and provide real-time insights on pricing, value, and building considerations
- Conduct comparable market analyses to advise buyers on pricing strategy and market trends
- Guide buyers through the whole transaction lifecycle, including:
- Offer preparation and negotiation
- Offer acceptance and contract coordination
- Referrals to attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals
- Board package preparation and interviews (when applicable)
- Final walk-throughs and closing coordination
Qualifications
- Active New York State real estate license (required)
- Experience with buyer representation, home tours, market analysis, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of NYC real estate transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Professional, client-focused, and self-motivated
Candidates in the process of obtaining their license may also be considered.
