Description of the role:
The Floor Sales Manager at Kansas City Hyundai in Merriam, KS plays a key role in managing the sales team on the floor, driving dealership revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Manage the daily operations of the sales floor
- Train and onboard new sales staff
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive sales performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
