We are seeking a Sales/Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team. We seek individuals who are looking for a great career opportunity. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
We are a third generation, family-owned business that started in 1976. In the fifty years since the beginning of our small swimming pool and spa dealer business, we have become an industry leader due to our commitment to helping our customers save money while getting the pool, spa, or fireplace of their dreams. Aqua Rec’s Retail division is one of the largest pool builders, spa dealers, and provider of fireplaces in the area.
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Retail Professionals to help take us to the next level. Our Sales Professionals are responsible for greeting and meeting customers then following our sales processes. We provide excellent customer service and all while showing the product knowledge and skills to assist the customer throughout the purchasing process. This process includes interviewing customers to determine their needs and wants, presenting the product and providing options, communicating to customers what makes our store different, transaction paperwork, and following up with potential customers and sold customers.
While experience in spas, fireplaces, and pools is preferred. We will train the right person.
