Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service-greet every guest with a smile
  • Operate food prep equipment and POS systems
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling policies

Qualifications

  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft software & POS systems)
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
  • Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40&degree;F to -10&degree;F)
