Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Provide outstanding customer service-greet every guest with a smile
- Operate food prep equipment and POS systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling policies
Qualifications
- Leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft software & POS systems)
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
- Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°ree;F to -10°ree;F)
