Primary Care Provider — Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Phoenix MD | Cincinnati, OH
Phoenix MD is seeking a PA or NP to provide personalized care in our membership-based primary care practice. We emphasize strong patient relationships, preventive care, and an integrative approach to health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for adult and pediatric patients, including management of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Perform examinations, order and interpret testing, prescribe medications, and coordinate care.
- Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Provide integrative services, including hormone replacement therapy, as appropriate to training and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with our clinical team.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio PA or NP license and national certification.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration, as applicable.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Primary care experience preferred; interest in integrative medicine welcomed.
