Job DescriptionIT Help Desk Support – Contract Role (Sun Lakes, AZ)

Pay: $21–$23 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible to 7–4 or 7:30–4:30)Location: On-site near Chandler (Dobson & Riggs Rd)

Are you an entry-level or experienced IT professional looking for a short-term opportunity with potential for long-term placement? We’re hiring 2–4 Help Desk Support Specialists to join a busy team supporting approximately 1,000 employees.

This is a 30–60 day contract with the possibility of permanent hire based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

Entry-Level Responsibilities:

  • Answer help desk phones and provide basic IT support
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, email, and printer issues
  • Escalate complex problems to senior staff

Experienced Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (primary requirement)
  • Support Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and system support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin (required)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Entry-level IT support experience also considered
  • Ability to work on-site and handle a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
