Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food orders accurately and efficiently according to Sonic's recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and prep stations safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure every order meets brand standards
• Work collaboratively with carhops and front-of-house team members to fulfill orders quickly
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts
• Follow all food safety, health, and safety guidelines consistently

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurant environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum age requirements per local labor laws
