Automotive Technician – McGrath Davenport Superstore
Location: Davenport, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time
McGrath Davenport Superstore is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team. This role is critical to delivering the quality, efficiency, and reliability our customers expect from one of Eastern Iowa’s most trusted automotive groups.

What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs and maintenance efficiently and to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors to support customer transparency
- Order and install correct parts needed for repairs
- Follow dealership, OEM, and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely repairs and an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician or mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
