Compensation
- $100,000+ realistic year-one potential with commitment

Our Commitment to Your Growth
Follow the Luxury Launchpad process and work closely with our coaching team. You’ll be positioned to list or co-list your first luxury property within your first 90 days, with continued 1-on-1 coaching and support as you grow.
We limit this program to just 2 luxury-track agents per quarter to protect brand exclusivity and ensure elite-level mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships to generate long-term business growth
- Follow up with leads promptly to deliver exceptional client service
- Guide clients through property tours and explain features, pricing, and market data
- Coordinate and attend inspections to support negotiations and transactions
- Perform comparative market analyses to determine accurate property pricing
- Provide market research and insights to help clients make informed decisions
Qualifications
- Active real estate license required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and contracts
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-driven
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high-performance team
