Job Description
Mechanical Contractor with commercial and residential client base - providing heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical sales and service.
This position requires the coordination of service and dispatching of the daily service calls to a team of 6-10 technicians to meet customer requirements.
Assist with day to day operation of the technicians. Responsible for resolution of tickets with accurate details, completing technician timesheets and weekly billing.
- MUST HAVE previous dispatching experience in HVAC/Plumbing!
Applicant must posses:
- organizational skills
- be detail oriented
- have customer service skills
- ability to multi task
- able to operate in a fast paced office
- Microsoft Office - Excel skills are a must.
