Real Estate Attorney
My client has an opening for a Real Estate Attorney. They offer on site, hybrid and remote options. This role is ideal for an ambitious, entrepreneurial attorney eager to handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collegial and team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients, managing complex matters, and contributing to the firm’s collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities

Transactional Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, ensuring seamless execution from inception to closing.

Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including:

Commercial leases (for landlords and tenants)

Purchase and sale agreements

Related transactional documents such as deeds, assignments, and estoppel certificates

Financing: Advise on and facilitate real estate financing arrangements, including loan agreements, mortgages, and other financing instruments.

Closings: Coordinate and execute real estate closings, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and client requirements.

Due Diligence: Conduct and manage due diligence processes, including title reviews, zoning compliance, and environmental assessments.

Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff within the Real Estate Group to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as industry standards.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactional legal work, with a focus on commercial real estate matters.

Licensure: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to both the New Jersey (NJ) and Pennsylvania (PA) bars is required.
