Established (45+ years) National Full-Service Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Commercial and Complex Litigation in Marin County
An established national full-service law firm with over 45 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of commercial and complex litigation experience to join its team in Marin County. This is a key role working alongside a highly accomplished trial lawyer on complex commercial, business, employment, intellectual property, and business tort cases. (Experience in the technology industry is a plus.)
Offer:
Salary range: $160,000-$200,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in commercial and complex litigation
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
California Bar membership in good standing
Proven ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
Academic credentials from a respected law school preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial and complex litigation from intake through trial or resolution
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery matters
Work closely with a senior trial attorney on strategy development and high-value matters
Advise and represent clients in a wide range of commercial disputes
Contribute to the continued growth of the Northern California litigation practice
