As we scale, technology has become the backbone of our operations powering everything from manufacturing oversight to sales, logistics, finance, and guest management.
We are seeking a full time PowerApps Developer to help build the internal applications that will support our next phase of growth. This person will design and develop custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps and the broader Power Platform, integrating with SQL Server, Salesforce, NetSuite and other applications. These applications will support critical workflows such as unit tracking, cost management, construction oversight, inventory, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) to support internal business functions.
- Build workflows, automation, and data processes using Power Automate, connecting PowerApps to SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, map workflows, and translate operational needs into intuitive application designs.
- Create SQL-backed data models, connectors, and integrations to ensure seamless, reliable data flow between PowerApps, ERP systems, and other cloud tools.
- Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps solutions as business processes evolve and scale over time.
- Ensure applications follow best practices in security, performance, governance, and long-term scalability.
- Document application architecture, data structures, workflows, and deployment processes to support transparency and continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience with SQL or database-driven integrations.
- Experience with IPasS platforms (Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo, CData Arc, etc)
- Salesforce or NetSuite integration experience.
- Background in ETL, pipelines, or feeding a data warehouse.
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, or master data management.
