Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in industrial machine maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems. This role requires someone with a proactive mindset, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately.
• Safely lift and move equipment/parts up to 50 lbs. or more as required.
• Utilize personal tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of recent industrial machine maintenance experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial systems.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems.
• Preventative maintenance and repair experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must have own set of tools.
• Welding experience a plus (not required).
• Hi-lo (forklift) experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 50 lbs. or more.
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
