Responsibilities:

• Analyze store performance data to guide decisions that enhance sales, efficiency, and the overall customer experience
• Develop and deliver performance reports to leadership, highlighting insights, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Partner with inventory, human resources, and leadership teams to maintain seamless and effective store operations
• Oversee safety programs, ensure compliance and cleanliness standards, and foster a welcoming environment for customers
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement data-informed strategies to increase productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction
