Title:- Lead Network Engineer
Duration:- 3+ Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level networking systems.
- Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for network-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align network solutions with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of network engineers.
- Ensure high network availability and performance through proactive monitoring and tuning.
- Lead projects related to network infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Maintain network documentation, including architecture diagrams and SOPs.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA through secure network design.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in networking roles with expertise in network architecture.
- Proven experience managing complex network infrastructures, ideally in a healthcare environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco
- Palo Alto
- Azure Networking
- Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining secure networks, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, design, and implementation best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for complex network issues.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and compliance, including HIPAA.
- Effective communicator with excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
- Proficient in technical documentation and network design tools (e.g., Visio).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
