Ron Carter, a certified Ford and Ram dealership, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Spray-in Bedliner apprentice/Prep Technician to join our accessories team. In this entry-level role, you'll assist with the preparation and application of high-quality spray-in bedliners for new and pre-owned Ford and Ram trucks.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sand, and mask truck beds to prepare for spray-in liner application
- Assist experienced technicians during spray application
- Ensure proper material handling and protection of vehicle surfaces
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Learn dealership standards for spray-in bedliners, including thickness, texture, and quality expectations
- Support vehicle accessory installations as needed (e.g., tonneau covers, steps, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and management
- Follow OEM quality and warranty guidelines for Ford and Ram accessories
Qualifications:
- No prior bedliner experience required — training provided
- Prior experience in detailing, paint prep, body shop work, or general automotive service is a plus
- Must be comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and spray equipment (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork required
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dealership environment
