Our staff is the pulse of Adrenaline Climbing. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about climbing and seek to grow and help others grow in their climbing journey. This position will span across multiple disciplines at Adrenaline Climbing including Front Desk Staff, Youth Coach, and Event Staff. Some of the duties you will be responsible for includes welcoming, checking-in, and overseeing the safety of members and guests with a positive attitude. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and clean environment, promoting and finalizing membership sales, and keeping front-of-house organization. Aid in coaching youth climbing teams or assisting with youth classes. Organizing the event space and promoting a safe and fun climbing experience for the event attendees. A passion for climbing is preferred, but high performance in climbing is not. You do not have to be a great climber to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guest and members
- Have an in-depth knowledge base of memberships, youth programs, events, merchandise, and gear
- Conduct safety orientations
- Keep an organized work station and restock products
- Cleaning duties at the end of shifts
- Spread the STOKE!
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Passion and experience in climbing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and Responsible
- Desire to improve and grow in the industry
- Flexible working schedule (see our business hours) possibly including Saturday and Sunday.
- Desired Qualification: Background in the industry or customer service or related field

- Starting rate: $12-$16 DOE
