Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Attendant to join a hardworking team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly, safely, and looking its best. You’ll handle routine maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks while supporting facility operations both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance: painting, changing bulbs (interior/exterior), patching walls, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs
- Complete cleaning duties including stripping/waxing floors, cleaning warehouse areas, and bailing cardboard
- Assist with store setups and trade show preparations, including props, repairs, and cleanup (some travel may be required)
- Operate company vehicles for errands and supply runs
- Support snow removal and seasonal outdoor tasks
- Work additional hours as business needs require, including some weekends
Essential Skills
- Experience with facility maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
- Ability to perform basic electrical and preventive maintenance tasks
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and basic carpentry skills
- Solid understanding of building maintenance procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, twist, and perform physical tasks
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
