Start your automotive career with us! We're hiring Lube Technicians to join our team in South Charleston. This entry-level role is designed to introduce you to our service standards, procedures, and customer-first philosophy. With full training provided, you'll be on track to become a Certified Technician within 45 days of hire.
What You’ll Do:

Learn and perform Full-Service Oil Changes

Assist with routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Communicate clearly with teammates to ensure smooth operations

Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every customer

Complete Rally Point training modules to become a Certified Technician

Support and mentor new team members as you grow
