Greivance and Appeals Coordinator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Greivance and Appeals Coordinator to fill an opening in Sacramento, California.
Daily Responsibilities For Greivance And Appeals Coordinator
- Appeals & Grievance Coordinator with 10+ years of healthcare experience in managed care, provider networks, and case management.
- Skilled in resolving complex member and provider grievances, drafting regulatory-compliant correspondence, and meeting strict turnaround deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads (75+ provider calls daily, 100+ cases monthly) while maintaining 95–100% compliance and audit accuracy.
- Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
Required Qualifications for Greivance and Appeals Coordinator:
- High school diploma or GED, prefer Associates degree
- 2+ years of Grievance and Appeals experience
- Soft skills: problem solving skills, Organized, self starter, Critical thinking skills, ability to multitask- please make sure this is apparent on the resume, there are a lot of moving pieces on this team, working well under pressure/sense of urgency (30 day turn around time, may receive a case 10 days into case life)
- Strong writing and communication skills are a MUST

Pay Details: $22 - $23/ Hour
