This is not just a “service” role — this is a high-visibility engineering position where you will lead installations, perform commissioning, and serve as the technical face of the company at customer facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead machine installation, startup, and commissioning at customer sites

Perform system diagnostics, mechanical & electrical troubleshooting

Interface directly with customer engineering and maintenance teams

Provide on-site training and technical support

Assist with PLC adjustments, machine parameter setup, and system optimization

Collaboricate with internal engineering teams to resolve field issues

Travel domestically and occasional international travel (approx. 50–70%)
What You Bring
-
3+ years experience in machine tool service, commissioning, or controls support
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

PLC knowledge (Siemens preferred)

CNC experience is a strong plus

Comfortable working independently at customer sites

Valid passport or ability to obtain one
