Maintenance Technician | 2nd or 3rd Shift


Pay: Up to $33.00/hour + Shift Differential


Shift Premiums:

  • 2nd Shift: +$1.00/hour
  • 3rd Shift: +$1.50/hour


Schedule Options:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:20 PM – 12:30 AM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:20 AM – 8:30 AM

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in supporting production through preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and basic electrical components
  • Replace sensors, motors, bearings, belts, and other machine components as needed
  • Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers
  • Inspect, clean, lubricate, and maintain production equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
  • Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
  • Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience replacing sensors and mechanical components
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use gauges, measuring devices, and inspection tools
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work orders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Ability to access equipment for inspections, maintenance, and repairs
