We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales & Finance Specialist to join our family. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career—developing as a sales professional while also learning the finance side of the business. In this role, your primary focus will be guiding customers through the sales process: listening to their needs, helping them find the right vehicle, and creating a seamless, enjoyable experience. You’ll also gain valuable finance exposure, stepping in to support the Finance Manager when needed by assisting with contracts, paperwork, and presenting options to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism, energy, and respect
  • Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and solutions
  • Coordinate test drives and explain Volvo features in a clear, approachable way
  • Partner with teammates and management to ensure a smooth, positive customer journey
  • Gain hands-on experience with dealership finance processes, policies, and compliance
  • Support the Finance Manager when needed: prepare paperwork, present financing options, and help ensure a smooth close
  • Stay informed on current inventory, pricing, and financing programs

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive sales experience
  • Proven job stability and track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with an interest in expanding into finance
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
