Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Minimum of 5 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN, Postpartum, and Newborn experience in a healthcare setting
- Current RN license in good standing
- American Heart Association ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- AWHONN Advanced FHM required; RNC-EFM may be substituted
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable floating to other qualified departments when needed

Responsibilities\n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum rooms, and newborn care settings
- Support rooming-in care for babies and mothers with a family-centered approach
- Care for an average of 40 deliveries per month and approximately 6 C-sections per month
- Assist with charge nurse coverage when trained and needed
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe outcomes
- Float to other departments as appropriate and perform assigned tasks based on skill set and competency
- Maintain high standards of patient care, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced maternal-child health environment
