Compensation:

$115,400 - $215,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong business relationships with companies in various industries to foster long-term partnerships and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Personally oversee and attend property inspections, guiding clients through each stage of the purchase or sale process to streamline agreements effectively.
  • Research and present detailed studies on market demographics, population trends, and environmental factors to provide clients with crucial insights for well-informed decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively responding to client inquiries and leads to uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a mediator during price negotiations and oversee transactions through closing, ensuring precision, compliance, and smooth finalization for all involved parties.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Real Estate License or show strong determination to acquire one promptly.
  • Profound comprehension of industry practices and lease terminology is essential.
