Job Description

About us

Roadside Services is a fast-growing premier towing and roadside assistance company with current locations in Arkansas and Missouri. At Roadside Services of Missouri, we continue to offer affordable services 24-hours a day. From minor issues to totaled vehicles, we always have a solution ready.

A fleet mechanic is a technician who inspects, repairs and provides other services for vehicles that are part of a company's fleet. Their largest task is making sure that all vehicles in the fleet are working as they should so employees can utilize them as needed. Fleet mechanics may work on a variety of vehicles, including sedans, vans, SUVs and larger trucks with diesel engines. While many fleet mechanics work normal business hours, it's also very common to work weekends and odd hours depending on the needs of the business.

Fleet mechanics typically have to work quickly to manage a shorter vehicle downtime so the business isn't negatively affected by a vehicle being out of service for too long. These mechanics may work for companies that lease vehicles to other businesses or for fleet management companies that make sure a client's fleet of vehicles remains in full operation.

Are you a skilled mechanic with a passion for keeping vehicles running smoothly? Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Fleet Mechanic? Join our team at Roadside Services and become an essential part of our operations.
