Your role as a Spotlight Realty agent:

  1. Follow up consistently so every lead counts.
  2. Listen closely to what each client needs and guide the process.
  3. Meet one-on-one with buyers and sellers to give clear advice.
  4. Lead showings and tours for clients who are ready to buy.
  5. Manage paperwork and timelines to keep deals moving.
  6. Grow your personal network with smart outreach.
  7. Track market activity to give clients strong advice.


What you need:

  1. An active real estate license.
  2. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
  3. Strong communication skills—client calls, meetings, and negotiations are all key.
  4. Self-motivation and follow-through. We want agents who keep moving forward.
  5. Good time management and organization to help you and the team stay on track.

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
