Role Summary
We are looking for someone in the Mid West with easy access to a major airport. The role will work closely with the Operations and Sales Teams to lead the physical implementation and maintenance of Cydar Appliances in hospitals, in the US. It will be responsible for scoping and coordinating with clinical customers, Cydar sales team and relevant third parties to implement robust solutions that optimize the clinical impact of the Cydar applications.
The role will also provide first line technical support to customers contacting the support helpline.
The successful applicant will have a sound technical background and knowledge of working with video feeds from fluoroscopy imaging systems in operating rooms, interventional imaging suits and/or Cath labs. The role would be a suitable career move for a Rad Tech.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to;
- Scoping operating rooms with integrated or standalone X-ray fluoroscopy imaging and recommending an implementation solution for Cydar products that optimizes clinical user experience
- Co-ordinating implementation of Cydar products with hospital stakeholders including operating room managers, radiology managers, IT technical support and external imaging or operating room service providers
- Coordinating the field implementations with Cydar Cloud Operations and Commercial Operations teams for testing and sign-off as a technically complete solution ready for handover for training and first case support.
- Proactively respond to incidents received via the support helpline and provide end users with a technical solution as defined in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with science, quality, sales, operations, account management and engineering teams to escalate potential issues, support technical decisions and establish standards.
- Provide clinical training to customers and case support
- Ensure 100% compliance with technology and clinical training procedures and quality SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of site installations and maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of X-ray fluoroscopy imaging systems in operating rooms, interventional suites and/ or Cath labs and experience of the safety regulations or procedures surrounding them.
- Competence in identifying and working with fluoroscopy video feeds and signal conversions.
- Experienced in a hospital operating room environment.
- Confidence conveying implementation requirements and plans with hospital and third-party operating room and imaging service providers involved.
- Developing, communicating, and continuously improving procedures to implement solutions
- Customer focused and able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships.
- Observe and adhere to company health & safety and data protection guidelines and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Familiar with installing networking and operating systems and simple IT implementations in a hospital environment.
- Understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Linux, basic admin abilities)
- Valid passport with willingness to travel frequently across USA and for infrequent international trips
- Valid US driver's license
- Must have the right to work in the US.
