Job DescriptionElitSwim is seeking friendly and encouraging Swim Coaches to join our pre-competitive team! As a Swim Instructor, you will teach students about water safety and swimming techniques using our approved curriculum. The ideal candidate is a strong swimmer who enjoys working with children and has a positive attitude!
Coaching hours are typically 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center/DVHS or 7-8 p.m. at the San Ramon Olympic Pool, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Provide swim instruction based on approved curriculum.
- Enforce all safety guidelines and regulations
Desired Qualifications:
- Teaching swimmers proper stroke development and technique fundamentals
- Swimming experience preferred
- Have a passion for coaching and working with youth athletes of varying levels.
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing proper conduct during practices.
- Prior experience working with youth swimmers (e.g. Assistant coach, Swim instructor, or other related experienceincluding background as a swimmer)
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Willingness to receive training
Compensation:$21-$30+h/r based on experience.
Work Schedule: This is a part-time position. The schedule is set for one hour per day after 5 p.m. in either location at the San Ramon Olympic Pool/California High or Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center/DVHS.
