Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their automotive needs.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our vehicle inventory, features, and pricing.

Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to purchase completion.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and competitor offerings.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and secure future sales opportunities.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong client relationships.

Motivation: Self-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to successfully negotiate and close sales deals.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for managing CRM software and sales tools.
