Opening available for a part-time Front Desk Attendant at the Riverstone Fitness Center. Shifts are flexible Monday-Sunday. Looking for someone willingto work early shifts (5:00am)during the week, whileevening and weekends are also available.
Position Summary
Risher Fitness Management is looking for a part-time staff member. The front desk associates' top priority is ensuring that residents and guests have an exceptional experience in the fitness center.
Additional responsibilities include applying exceptional customer service and risk management skills.
Description of Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Opening/closing the facility
- Monitoring the fitness center and all participants
- Knowledge of how to correctly use and adjust machines
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Enforce rules and policies of the fitness center
- Restocking and managing athletic wipes
- Knowledge of services offered
- Clean and maintain the fitness center
Requirements
Mustbe at least 18 years of age
Must have great customer service and communication skills
Must be extremely reliable with consistent transportation
Must be punctual, on time, friendly, and have a positive attitude
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
Ability to understand and follow set procedures
Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team, and perform detail-oriented functions
Education and Certifications
CPR/First Aid Certified
High School student, graduate, or equivalent
