Your Role as a Team Member

  1. Deliver a client-first experience at every stage of the transaction
  2. Respond quickly and professionally to Zillow Flex opportunities
  3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations with clarity and confidence
  4. Guide clients through showings, negotiations, and closing
  5. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up activity
  6. Strive for consistent 5-star service and long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  1. Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
  2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  3. Full-time commitment to real estate as a primary career
  4. Coachable, accountable, and systems-oriented mindset
  5. Willingness to adopt new technologies and follow proven processes

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $65,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission-based, performance dependent)

Schedule: Self-managed within required standards and responsiveness expectations
