Position: Help Desk Technician

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. In this onsite role based in Nashua, NH the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves responding to queries, troubleshooting, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or via remote tools.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Provide technical instruction to company employees as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of end user support
  • Experience with Windows 10,11 Microsoft Office 2010-2019 and Office 365
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktop/laptop, printer, mobile device)
  • Experience working a service desk ticketing system
  • Customer-oriented.
  • A+ Certification is preferred
