<h3>Job Description</h3>
Our client is a law firm in NJ, and they are looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support attorneys in managing litigation cases</li>
<li>Prepare, format, and verify legal documents</li>
<li>Handle e-filing in state and federal courts.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery materials.</li>
<li>Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and deposition summaries.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff side) or Litigation Paralegal exp at a law firm.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of corporate governance laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be open to working on site in the NJ office 4 days a week.</li>
<li>Spanish speaking is a plus</li>
<li>Management experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
 
The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
