Material Handler / Inventory Control
Location: Pyote, TX
Pay: Up to $18/hour
Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and inventory operations for a growing oil and gas company in Pyote, TX. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse, inventory control, and forklift experience who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and following established processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts, verify quantities, and report discrepancies
- Accurately document material transactions, part numbers, and inventory locations
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stage incoming materials and equipment
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate forklifts safely when handling heavy equipment, including motors and components
- Support shipping, receiving, material returns, and equipment repair processes
- Communicate with field personnel and supervisors to ensure proper material tracking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification
- Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency; NetSuite or similar inventory software a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel to nearby work locations as needed
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to follow established procedures
- Ability to complete required background check and drug screening
