SCOPE AND PURPOSE: Douglas Emmett is seeking a skilled sales professional with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into deals. Help achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This position holds career in residential property management and ample growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for the entire leasing process for both prospective residents and renewals
  • Follow up on warm leads and schedule tours
  • Goal is to help obtain maximum leases for the community to increase occupancy
  • Collect deposits and verify leasing applications
  • Attend weekly leasing meetings, and provided trainings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous sales experience
  • California Real Estate License is a plus. You do not need to hold it prior but it is an expectation to obtain the license once an employment offer is accepted
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works well under high metrics
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and professional demeanor when interacting with building management, residents, and vendors
  • Projects a professional image by meeting Douglas Emmett dress code standards

COMPENSATION

  • Annual compensation is comprised of an hourly base pay plus bonuses based on leasing production
  • $22/hr plus leasing bonuses. Anticipated yearly earnings between $75,000-$110,000
