Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ 07677-7703
Duration: 8 months
Monday to Friday / Hybrid 3 onsite – 2 days remote (preference Tuesdays onsite) 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Qualifications -
- After Sales experience 3-5 years of experience
- 4 + years of prior experience working with customers and providing exceptional experience.
- 2 + years retail automotive experience with working knowledge of automotive technologies in either sales or non-technical service departments.
- 4+ years in retail, or operations.
Education Requirement : Degree or equivalent experience and/or certification. Preference in Business
Responsibilities –
Responsible for executing administrative tasks that are currently handled across the Retention Team to enable the Retention Team to cover non-administrative tasks typically handled by the two associates that will be on extended leaves of absence. This will cover administrative tasks that support 4 topics. Lead Management, Value Service, Invisible Service, and Maintenance Plans. This includes creating PPT, distributing reports, managing/dealer inquiries in TEAM inbox and directing correct personnel, opening IT tickets for reporting issues that arise,. and recreating/creating offline excel reports.
