Your Role as a Real Estate Professional:

  1. Maintain ongoing client communication to enhance transaction volume.
  2. Build meaningful relationships that resonate with clients, creating additional sales opportunities.
  3. Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property needs, then present homes that perfectly align with their requirements.
  4. Conduct dynamic open houses to showcase our properties.
  5. Manage the entire process, from initial listing to final closing, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  6. Generate prospects to create fresh business opportunities.
  7. Become a market specialist – master the community and industry thoroughly, confidently addressing questions about available homes, comparable properties, and local areas.


Real Estate Professional Requirements:

  1. Prior sales experience is advantageous.
  2. Maintain a technology-forward approach.
  3. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Show self-direction and goal-oriented motivation.
  5. Exhibit superior organizational and time management capabilities.
  6. A current Real Estate License is mandatory.
