Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a hospital setting. This role focuses on helping residents improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence through personalized therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine residents’ therapy needs and goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ functional abilities.

Provide therapeutic interventions, training, and education to residents and caregivers.

Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes.
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and effective care.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Current Occupational Therapist licensure.
-
1 year of experience.
-
Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting is a plus.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
Contract Role:
-
36 + hour guarantee

Start Date: ASAP
-
Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
