Job Description
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a property management company out of Lakewood, CO in their search for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to manage daily front desk operations and administrative tasks. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, handling office duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment for tenants and vendors.
Contract Length: 4-6 weeks with potential to extend
Pay: $25-28/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk (approximately 10 per day).
- Answer and direct calls for the Management Office.
- Check in and out keys to vendors.
- Manage key and fob pickups.
Mail & Office Administration
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Scan and process Dee Checks.
- Assign mailboxes for new tenants.
- Handle new lease documentation, including creating hard folders and printing lease documents.
- Relocate lease hard folders for tenant move-outs.
- Update Constant Contact for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Facility & Vendor Coordination
- Supervise janitorial staff and conduct weekly janitorial walks.
- Manage conference room reservations, including access and janitorial coordination.
- Generate and print the weekly janitorial key log.
Office Support & Light Housekeeping
- Perform light filing and maintain an organized workspace.
- Order and deliver welcome gifts for new tenants.
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in office administration or property management is a plus.
