Location: City of Industry, California USA
Pay ranges: $120,000 to $140,000/year
Duration: Full time and Permanent
Travel: Will include travel within United States to attend community events, support event planning activities, or participate in trade shows.
Interview Process: The interview process may include occasional on-camera discussions or presentations.

What You’ll Do
Build and Lead our Community
- Create and manage a thriving multi-platform community across Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, and future channels.
- Foster meaningful, two-way conversations that help people deeply understand our product, technology, and vision.
- Build a community of owners, future owners, partners, and key opinion leaders who actively support the brand and its mission.
Engage, Listen, and Improve
- Drive daily engagement through thoughtful content, conversation, and moderation.
- Gather product feedback, usage stories, and ideas from the community.
- Synthesize community insights into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
Grow Through Partnerships and Experiences
- Build relationships with KOLs, creators, outdoor organizations, and mission-aligned brands.
- Plan and host in-person events that bring the product, brand, and lifestyle to life.
- Plan, create, and deliver a 1:1 VIP walkthrough via live stream
- Support growth and lead-generation efforts through community programs and advocacy.
Measure and Optimize
- Track community health, engagement, and growth using data-driven tools.
- Continuously refine strategy to improve impact, efficiency, and experience.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of experience in community, social, brand, or audience development—ideally in lifestyle, outdoor, tech, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience building and managing engaged communities across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on fluency with Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Strong content skills: copywriting, photography, graphic design, and video editing.
- Experience using analytics and community tools to measure growth, engagement, and sentiment.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Passion for the outdoors—camping, adventure travel, or outdoor sports.
- Strong interest in power technology, batteries, solar, and future energy systems.
