Job Summary: Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager
Position Overview:
The Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager serves as the primary lead for managing the Cyber Resilience Support task order, acting as the main liaison between the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Cyber Resilience Management, Government leadership, and customer agency representatives. This role is responsible for the overall execution of task order objectives, ensuring that all technical solutions, deliverables, and schedules are implemented efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with contractual requirements. The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Cyber Resilience, Division Chief of Contingency Planning, and Division Chief of Cyber Integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned task order(s), ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, policies, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams and subject matter experts to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment with mission objectives.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that supports innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification.
- DoD 8570 IAM Level III baseline certification. (CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, or CASP+ CE)
- Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant project management experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the IT and/or consulting sectors in public and/or private environments.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field OR an additional four (4) years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and cyber resilience principles in a DoD environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in high-stakes environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Must hold an active TOP secret clearance
