General Manager – Plush Horse
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Hire, train, and schedule staff; foster a positive and productive team environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels
- Monitor sales, control costs, and work to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash management, deposits, and basic financial reporting
- Create and execute promotions, events, or seasonal offerings to drive traffic
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
- Lead by example during busy shifts, supporting staff on the floor
