What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and manage the service process from start to finish

• Schedule appointments and communicate service updates

• Translate customer concerns into repair orders for technicians

• Recommend maintenance and repair services

• Keep accurate customer and vehicle records

• Resolve issues with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions

• Basic mechanical understanding

• Basic computer skills

• Must be available to work Saturdays
