Responsibilities:
* Looking for very energetic / friendly / outgoing / self-motivated employee that can handle Parts Management and warranty process for a HVAC company.
* Be able to provide excellent customer service.
* Coordinate and handle the administration of the part warranty process
Qualifications:
* High Level of Organization and Administrative skills
* 5+ Years
* Associates degree preferred
* Must be highly efficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
* Outstanding Communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
* Must be extremely dependable/reliable
* Must be detail oriented
* Great energy
* Able to work individually and as a team
* Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes and new responsibilities
