Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent with Krieger Real Estate LLC, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, converting leads, and overseeing transactions from initial contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up consistently with buyer and seller leads
  2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations
  3. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate properties or strategies
  4. Host open houses and property showings
  5. Manage transactions and coordinate with all parties through closing
  6. Develop and maintain a personal client base
  7. Stay informed on local market trends and conditions
