•\tLeasing & Marketing: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring they experience the exceptional luxury lifestyle that the community offers. Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into signed leases.
•\tCustomer Service Excellence: Deliver the highest levels of customer service with a personalized touch, ensuring all residents and prospects feel valued. Address resident inquiries and concerns with prompt, professional solutions.
•\tMarketing Strategy: Collaborate in the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to attract luxury-seeking residents. Highlight the communities' exceptional amenities and community experience across various platforms.
•\tProperty Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of apartment inventory, rent pricing, lease expirations, and competitive properties. Stay informed about the local market and surrounding neighborhoods.
•\tMove-In Coordination: Oversee the lease signing process, ensuring a seamless experience for new residents, including scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, and conducting move-in orientations.
•\tResident Relations: Build and nurture positive relationships with residents through ongoing communication, engagement, and assistance. Ensure all residents' needs are met and exceed their expectations to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
•\tProperty Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of available units during the turnover process to ensure each residence meets the highest company standards. Work closely with maintenance to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
•\tAdministrative Duties: Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all leasing transactions, including lease agreements, resident files, and necessary follow-up communications. Ensure timely and efficient reporting on leasing activity.
•\tDelinquency Control: Monitor rent delinquencies and assist in the follow-up process through phone calls, letters, and monthly statements to ensure timely payment.
•\tOffice Operations: Assist in the daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining petty cash, preparing daily and monthly reports, and ensuring the office is organized and presentable.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
•\tExperience: 1-2 years of leasing or real estate experience, with a strong preference for experience in luxury apartment communities.
•\tEducation: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•\tCustomer Focus: Dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.
•\tCommunication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage residents and prospects in a friendly and professional manner.
•\tOrganization & Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•\tTechnology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software systems.
•\tSales Aptitude: Ability to effectively present and market properties to prospective residents, with a keen interest in achieving leasing goals.
•\tReliability: Must have reliable personal transportation and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
