A leading global power generation business is looking for an experienced Program Manager – Steam Turbine Generator Controls to manage multiple long-term projects supporting new Steam Turbine Generator installations.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Manage multiple controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers
- Coordinate Engineering, Field Service, Commercial, Supply Chain and Quality teams
- Manage customer relationships, project meetings and technical reviews
- Lead scope, schedule and cost changes
- Oversee project financial performance, procurement and invoicing

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline
- 5–10 years' project/program management experience
- Experience within power generation, controls, OEM or EPC environments
- Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, budgets and risk management
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, HMIs and industrial networking
